第三节 工艺流程及经济技术指标
一、原料及生产工艺过程:
冶炼三分厂主要生产微碳铬铁、中低碳铬铁。所用原料有铬矿、硅铬合金、石灰。有原料库皮带机输送上料,采用硅铬堆底法新工艺的上料程序注入3000kva电炉冶炼。按所投原料含碳量的高低炼出不同规格的铬铁,然后将铁水经过真空处理,浇注成铁板,冷却后精整至小于13公斤重的铁块,再经压缩空气吹扫、光洁表面、计量包装、化验入库。
二、工艺流程图及生产原理:
铬铁生产原理,采用电硅热法生产铬铁原理是入炉铬矿中氧化铬,氧化亚铁在石灰溶剂的作用下,被硅(以硅铬合金的开工加入)还原,生成铬铁合金(cr-fe),从而得到微碳铬铁或中低碳铬铁产品。生产过程间断进行,渣铁混出,进行渣铁分离后,铁水经真空抽气处理使铬铁内部结构致密无气孔,然后浇注成铁板。冷却、精整、包装。
三、冶炼三分厂微碳铬铁、中低碳铬铁经济技术指标见(表4-4、4-5、4-6、4-7、4-8)。
其中表(4-6、4-7、4-8)是冶炼三分厂1984年前电炉生产周期,炉龄和料批的情况对比,近年由于生产采用硅铬堆底法新工艺,在提高产品质量,产量的前提下,炉龄不作主要因素考虑,故未作统计。
