  一、原料及生产工艺过程:
  冶炼一分厂生产碳素铬铁,硅铬合金,中铬所需要的原料、铬矿、焦炭、硅石、硅铁、石灰、钢屑等。
  1、容量为8000kva的101#炉冶炼碳素铬铁,主要原料铬矿、焦炭、硅石,由微机自动配料皮带输送机上料,炼出碳铬铁水,一部份水碎作为冶炼硅铬合金原料,另一部份液态铁水供转炉炼中铬。
  2、容量为8000kva的102#炉,所用原料是碳素铬铁、焦炭、硅石、钢屑,通过微机自动配料由皮带机送入炉内,冶炼硅铬合金供冶炼三分厂炼微碳铬铁。
  3、三吨转炉冶炼中铬,由101#炉的液态碳素铬,另加铬矿、硅铁、石灰,经过三吨转炉纯氧顶吹,炼得中铬产品。出厂销售。
  二、冶炼一分厂生产工艺流程与特点:

  2、工艺特点:采用还原法在矿热电炉中生产。主要原料铬矿中的cr2o3等被还原剂(焦碳)中的c还原,得到产品。采用连续加料,定时出铁的操作方法,渣、铁混出,炉外进行分离后,注入锭模中,自然冷却后精整到符合规定,计量入库待运,这是作为商品。用于转炉时,以液体炭铬铁水热装到转炉去,生产出中炭铬铁。用于硅铬合金中间产品时,通过高压水淬成颗粒状,供给硅铬合金生产。
  3、硅铬合金工艺流程:
  4、硅铬合金工艺特点:
  少渣法生产硅铬合金的主要特点是硅石中的二氧化硅被碳还原生成硅,硅与碳素铬铁相互作用生成硅铬合金。合金经摇包脱碳,浇注推皮,精整成一定块度,分类堆放入库。
  5、转炉中铬生产工艺流程:
  工艺特点:液态碳素铬铁兑入顶氧气转炉。吹氧过程中加入石灰进行造渣,并加铬矿作冷却剂。在吹炼后期及出铁时加硅铁以回收渣中的铬。出铁后带渣浇注,冷却、精整、检验入库。
